Solar Power for Artists works in parallel with Energy Transition Design LLC to offer a range of design and education services. Our work is primarily focused on photovoltaic solar power, but we have experience with a wide range of media and sustainable energy technologies. Our clients span arts and education institutions, community organizations, and businesses in the sustainable energy space. Our human-centered design approach is grounded in identifying the needs, capabilities, and expectations of both the client and end-users. Recent clients include: NYC Department of Education's Office of Sustainability, Solar One, The Climate Museum, BEAM Center, BK Rot, and Flux Factory.
Education
Solar Power for Artists has developed and led a wide range of solar power related educational programming for all types of students, from K-12 youth to undergraduate and graduate level students to professionals in the education, art, design and solar industries. Past work includes:

Design and Consulting Products and Services via Energy Transition Design LLC
Energy Transition Design LLC applies user-centered and energy-centered design methodologies to a wide range of energy transition contexts. Our unique expertise is with community oriented and non-traditional applications of solar power technologies that value accessibility, communication, and integration. This work has spanned physical objects, digital interfaces, and experience design. Past work includes:
